Promotional Terms and contitions

ELIGIBILITY: The ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion is open to all currently enrolled families at The Swim Factory Australia at any location.

Entry into The Swim Factory Australia ‘Refer a friend’ promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions:

1. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

2. A successful referral is considered to be any referral by you that directly results in the new family booking a free trial lesson (if eligible) and completing their enrolment to commence regular, ongoing lessons.

3. The referral prize is a value of $50.00 towards swimming lessons and is provided as a promotional credit to the eligible referrer’s account at The Swim Factory Australia.

4. The referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral prize under this promotion if the referred person(s) is a current and/or past family of The Swim Factory Australia and have had any enrolment in swimming lessons at The Swim Factory Australia within the previous six (6) months at any location.

5. The referred person must confirm the details of the referral family at the time of completing their enrolment.

6. On successful referral and completion of new enrolment, The Swim Factory Australia will contact the referrer. The referral prize will then be credited to the referrer’s account.

7. A maximum of one (1) referral prize can be allocated per successful referral.

8. Any referral prize allocated to a referrer is per successful ‘family’ enrolment and not affected or multiplied by the number of swimmers and/or enrolments the referred family makes.

9. A referrer is not limited to the number of different family referrals they can make.

10. The Swim Factory Australia staff members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

11. The promotion is valid until 30th June, 2022.
